Time of arrival at the hotel from 14:00, departure (check-out time) to 12:00.
At early check-in (i.e. before the check-out time), accommodation in the hotel is carried out if there are available seats of the appropriate category prepared for the accommodation of the Guest. In case of early arrival (before 14:00), the accommodation fee is charged at the rate of 50% of the room price for the first night of stay.
In case of late check-out (i.e. after the check-out time: after 12:00 to 24:00), payment is made in the full cost of the daily stay.
There is no charge for hotel accommodation /family accommodation/ for a child under 5 years of age. An extra bed is available for an additional fee (50% of the room rate).
In case of the client's delay for more than one day or his no-show, the reservation is canceled, and the Customer pays a fine in the amount of the actual downtime of the booked room per day.
Pets are not allowed.
Hotel reservations are made by the hotel administration under contracts, as well as by accepting a standard application by mail and electronic communication, as well as by directly contacting the administration. Booking of a room (place) is made within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the application, subject to availability. When booking, accommodation or free accommodation, the Guest chooses the room category, and the right to choose a specific room belonging to this category remains with the hotel administration.
Contact information for communication, number of guests, names and nationality of guests; date and time of arrival, departure, number and category of rooms, type of payment, additional services, not included in the standard service, the order of accommodation (single, double, etc.). If the booking request is subsequently changed, the Guest provides the hotel administration with information no later than two days before arrival. Otherwise, the hotel administration does not guarantee the availability of seats.
The application is considered unconfirmed after sending a written or oral notification from the hotel administrator indicating the reason for refusal.
The application is considered valid (confirmed) after receiving written confirmation from the hotel. The written confirmation contains information about the name of the hotel, the customer (guest), the category of the booked room and its price, the booking conditions, and the length of stay.
The hotel has the right to refuse booking if there are no available rooms on the date specified in the application.
In case of late cancellation of the reservation, late arrival or no-show of the guest, he will be charged for the actual downtime of the room (room space), in an amount equal to the cost of staying a day in this room category at the established rate. If you are late for more than a day, the reservation is canceled, and the guest is placed in the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis.
